Yes. All investors sign a detailed Investment Agreement detailing rights, obligations, amounts, percentages, and exit conditions.

Profits are calculated after the property is sold, net of legal and operational fees and Lone Star Grove Capital’s commission. The net proceeds are then distributed proportionally among investors.
Most transactions take between 30 and 120 days from purchase to sale. This timeframe may vary depending on the market and property type.
You will receive your refund via international or national bank transfer, depending on your location and registered preference.
As soon as a new round opens, registered investors receive an email with all the information and deadlines to participate.
